Baklouti Green Chile

From the Barbary Coast of North Africa, the extremely fruit forward Tunisian Baklouti pepper is rare and unique to this region. Baklouti Green Chili Olive Oil is made by crushing fresh, early harvest organic olives with an almost equal ratio of fresh green Baklouti chiles. After being crushed together, the two are mixed in the malaxer which fuses the fresh green essential oil of the Baklouti pepper with the organic olive oil.
 
Try with: Baklouti adds a savory, tantalizing kick to salsas, dips, hummus, roasted potatoes, eggs, marinades, soups, grilled foods, vegetables, and more. This oil will add a spicy dimension to dishes where you are sauteing, roasting, and stir-frying. Delicious in soups, curries, and even salad dressing.
