Delicate cream colored flower heads of elderflower lend a honeysuckle-like floral note, that is both crispy and juicy to our white balsamic. Great for mixed drinks, shrubs, cocktails, spritzers, glazes, dressings. Pairs great with lemon oils. 4% acidity
