Thyme

Our limited edition Greek Thyme fused olive oil, by Liokareas, is made by combining early green Koroneiki olives with fresh cut thyme. 
 
Try with: Perfect as a finisher, drizzled on chicken noodle soup. Combine with the pomegranate dark balsamic for roasting lamb. Spectacular for caramelizing onions over low heat. Combine with our tarragon white balsamic and rosemary fused olive oil for an epic Greek Salad dressing. 
 
Pairs well with: Black Mission Fig Balsamic, Peach Balsamic, Cranberry Pear Balsamic, and Sicilian Lemon Balsamic.
