Traditional Condimento
Our finest grade of aged balsamic condimento from Modena, Italy is aged using the Solera System for up to 18 years in chestnut, oak, mulberry and ash barrels. The spectacular density of this dark balsamic vinegar comes naturally without thickeners or added sugar, from a lengthy aging process and cooking in copper kettles. Used in both sweet and savory dishes, this dense balsamic is characterized by woodsy notes, sweet (fruity) undertones, and a robust finish.
Try with: Good as a stand-alone balsamic, but plays very well with others. A kitchen staple, it can be used for raw dishes, as well as cooking over heat. All future searches by you for a traditional balsamic will cease.
